Requirements
1) Full-time employment (not through a temp service).
2) Minimum of $1200 (after taxes) salary per month.
3) Active checking and/or savings account in good standing.4) Minimum 18 years of age.
Required Confirmation Items
* Complete 30-day bank statement (online banking statement is accepted).
If not paid by Direct Deposit, we'll need copy of pay stub or other verification of income.* Personal Check marked void (to ensure correct ACH funds transfer)
* ACH Authorization Form (viewable after application page submitted)

A customer service representative will contact you of your approval (normally within one hour). Correct work and home phone numbers are necessary for approval and funds transfer.
